Gratitude is a hat trick. It is pure magic.

It is an essential part of the Goddess Activation am routine because the energy of gratitude is transformative in your daily life. What you are grateful for you will receive more of. When you neglect to feel gratitude for something, it can be taken from you.

 So, start every day by writing ten things you are grateful for that day. And while it seems like your simple practice, we need to cultivate tapping into this energy. Our minds can sometimes draw blanks when we are feeling low.  There are times when you can feel stuck like nothing is going right.Here's a little guide on how to find things to be grateful for every morning, even when you feel like the world is caving in around you. Remember, gratitude is the antidote to worry. That feeling you get when you feel true gratitude is like 


  1. Your breath, your breath is always there to support you.It never lets you down.So don't forget to be grateful for it. 

  2. Your flower, even if she's been on chill.She's also always there to support you and balance your mental health when you take time to love and prioritize self-pleasure for healing. 

  3. Your health!  Don't forget to be grateful for your health.Even if you haven't been feeling so hot, when you're grateful for something you receive more of it. And who doesn't want more better health? You can also select a specific body part or function. Like your immune system, or your feet that keep you walking and dancing every day.

  4. Music! music is another one that's always there to support you  It makes life grand. I don't know what I would do without music every day. 

  5. The sun even on a cloudy day.You can be grateful for the sun because, you know tomorrow or the next day.It is sure to shine unless maybe you are living in london and then be grateful for the cleansing rain! 

  6. Love You can always give love to yourself or give love to another love. Always makes you feel

  7. Pets- yours or others because when you pet a dog you receive oxytocin, your body’s natural love hormone. 

  8. Your $$ money!  Be grateful for your cash in your wallet, bank account, investments and be grateful for the money that is on its way to you.

  9. The cool side of the pillow 

  10. TikTok or Snapchat filters because  If you need a laugh or a lift, there's sure to be one of those that will make you crack up.

  11. Your dreams- they are there to give you a reason to go, a path to follow or a target to hit. 


At the end of the day, I always choose the best thing that happened that day to be grateful for as well. It ensures you go to bed in a positive energy setting you up for uplifting dreams and a great morning. 


Another magical way to use gratitude is to find lost items. If you have ADHD like I do, you can lose something the minute you walk to another room. When that happens you just say, “ I am truly grateful to the universe for showing me where XX is” I usually spot the item before I even finish the sentence.
